HR & Compliance Lead

Hours: Part time – 24 hours per week (Days/Start & Finish times negotiable)

Location: Based at Phoenix Tetbury, 41-43 Long Street, Tetbury

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic H/R and Compliance Lead to join the Phoenix Health Group, where we focus on providing excellent personal care and a holistic approach to medical practice. Working as part of the Practice’s Senior Management Team you will have responsibility for providing a high quality H/R and Compliance function across a multi-site Practice.

With a large clinical team supported by experienced receptionists and administrative staff we look after over 22,000 registered patients. We are based at five sites in and around Cirencester and Tetbury. Everyone working in the Practice is valued for the role they play in providing a high quality service for our patients.

This role will provide a hands on H/R function for approximately 80 staff, providing expert and robust advice and support to the Partners and Management staff. You will also be leading the Compliance function for the Practice with responsibility for policies and protocols, Information Governance and Health and Safety. Based in Tetbury there will be a frequent requirement to travel to our other sites.
