Our NHS business case was approved on 17th April 2023. This secures funding for the building for the duration of the lease and is specific to the proposed plot of land and the related financial appraisal. We would like to confirm that the Phoenix Health Group has no financial interest in this project and would only stand to be tenants of the new health centre if completed. We would like to thank the Integrated Care Board for their support.
Cotswold District Council held a planning meeting on the 26th April 2023. It was agreed to visit the site and reconsider the application at the next planning meeting in June 2023.
